Realtor Closing Gift and Housewarming House Portraits, Hand-Painted in Watercolor
Send me a photo of the home and I paint it by hand in watercolor, a closing gift the buyers keep on the wall. From $66.75, or $137.39 for an 8x10 in a frame, free US shipping.
I'm Justin, the one artist at PrecisionPencil. Realtors order house portraits from me as closing gifts, and homeowners order them for a childhood home, a wedding venue, or a house they are about to sell. A good listing photo is enough. Send more than one angle and I paint the best view.
How it works
- Pick the size and the frame, and upload the photo of the home.
- Message me with anything you want me to know about the house or the gift.

- I send you a photo of the finished painting. Ask for any change and I make it, until you approve.
- I seal it against water and fading and ship it free in the US by FedEx or UPS.

Common questions
How much does a house portrait cost?
A 4x6 painting starts at $66.75. Framed, an 8x10 is $137.39 and an 11x14 is $229.77, with free US shipping. The order page shows every size and frame.
Can you paint from a listing photo?
Yes. A sharp photo taken from the front in daylight works best. Send more than one angle if you have them, and I paint the best view.

What do I approve before the house portrait ships?
You receive a photograph of the finished hand-painted house portrait for approval before shipping. Revisions are included until you approve.
